I have been taking D2 (50K IU/week) and D3 (10K IU/day) since February 2014. I was also deficient in B12 and am taking 1.5mg/day sublingual. Symptoms, for nearly 20 years, ranged from poor balance, tingling, easily fatigued muscles, memory gaps, central spinal stenosis, hyper-reflexes in knees, mental confusion, hypertension, muscle spasms (painful), and leg jerks (waking). The only remaining symptoms are hypertension (on medications), stenosis, and muscle fatigability. My quality of life has improved drastically! I no longer feel like a hypochondriac.
