My child had stones in both the kidneys and had urinary tract infections since long. The doctor operated on it and he was given antibiotic for several month. The antibiotic was stopped when there seemed to be no infection, but after stopping antibiotic for 1 or 2 months, infections again started. I don't know what to do to prevent infection, my child is only 43 months old.

By birth my daughter got an additional bladder and it was removed after birth within a year. Now it is ok and for the past one year she often says there is burning while passing urine. I am giving her Citralka syrup, only today I gave norfloxacin 400 half tablet. I am worried that it is a urinary tract infection (UTI).
