I was a little surprised at my triglyceride level being 234. But I am a cancer patient, and with the pandemic, I have gained weight. I may have mild hypothyroidism, so I am trying not to totally panic, but I will say I will certainly be watching my diet a lot more than I have been, as well as getting more active.

My triglyceride level was 285 three years ago. I just had two tests, the first was 1325, the next after 10 days and fasting the night before was 2350. I told the doctor both those numbers can’t be right! I drink and like food, a little overweight but not much, 15 lb. Something is wrong.

My triglyceride level has been always below 50. I check it every year a few times per year. Recently I stopped eating sugar and limited the carbs to 20 g/day. Today my triglyceride level was 165! Very surprised! Don't understand why.

My husband has a triglyceride level of 30! That is really low. Wonder if that is a great problem and how to solve it.

My triglyceride level was 466. My total cholesterol was 256. I am changing my diet and it's very difficult to deal with cravings. I weigh more than ever at 288 and I am 40 years old. I have high blood pressure and my doctor says I am pre-diabetic. Scary stuff. He also thinks I might have sleep apnea. I work hard and don't sleep enough. One year ago I weighed 245.
