It can be said that nobody can avoid toothache. I have tried a toothache home remedy. As first aid step, I find some salt, keep salt and water in the mouth for a while 3 times a day. Moreover, I also use mouthwash after brushing to kill bacteria and help my teeth look brighter and healthier. By the way, only brushing can't kill bacteria effectively, it's necessary use mouthwash as well.

The very best thing for real toothache pains is always just an apple, really. A little slice of apple, you just gently much on it, kills most severe mouth pains pretty quick. It puts the vitamin C right there where it's needed, on your sore gums and teeth, and starts killing all the bacteria instantly. You also just need to munch on a slice of apple, all day long, like gum, and it keeps your mouth clean all day. Other fruits do work, green grapes seem to help, but not quite as well as ordinary green apples.

I just had a very painful abscessed tooth, the only thing that would lessen the pain was holding cold water in my mouth.

I found a new dentist and they cleaned my teeth and also did a filling. Ever since I can't eat or drink, if I do the pain that I get is really bad. I have tried pain killers and also something called Soothake and none have worked, so tomorrow I am going back to the dentist if they have any appointment.
