This is my experience with testicle/prostate pain and swelling over the last 4 years. I had a vas reversal 2 years ago. Sometimes my prostate swells but currently seems under control. Other than an occasional twinge I am now ok. The pain is not due to STI (sexually transmitted infection). I am now in my mid-40s. This is how I manage, I take 1 amitriptyline 10 mg tablet each day (prescribed), 1 alfuzosin 2.5 mg tablet twice a day (prescribed), and 1 saw palmetto and amino acids 1600 mg tablet (Lindens) each day (available online). I have a foot massage most days. For managing constipation/straining (direct link with pain in my experience) I have a fiber-based diet and lots of water.

I am suffering from right side testicular pain since last 04 months. I consulted with a doctor (general surgeon), he physically checked my testicle and advised for ultrasound. In my ultrasound report it was shown that I have minimal hydrocele but no other abnormalities found. I don’t understand what the cause my testicular pain is, and how I can get relief. I am worried I have testicular tumor which may be was not detected in ultrasound.
