I’ve been experiencing a mild constant testicular pain in my left testis, it comes frequently and leaves on its own. But I've examined my left testis, and there is no swelling nor lumps around it, just the pain. I also noticed a discharge that leaves via my penis whenever I'm having bowel movements. It only appears when I push extremely hard. Wondering what the cause could be. Note, I'm not sexually active.

I was experiencing testicular and penis pain for over 20 years. I treated the problem but still it comes and goes. I have itching in my private parts, pain after ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. This situation has remained for the longest time. I don't have the funds to treat myself yet.

I am a man and currently am experiencing a burning pain in the scrotum and below. The pain extends to the lower back of my waist. I have had it for the last 3 months. I have no pain passing urine nor having sex. I don’t pass water frequently and I can stand and walk just fine. I am worried could this cancer.

My right side testicle is paining since yesterday and still it remains the same. I took medicines also but pain wasn't relieved, I don’t know what to do. I am facing a serious problem. Though I ride bikes. Perhaps I should get some home remedy treatment or exercise which can relieve my pain.

My left testicle’s lowest back side has burning pain since 4 months. This was caused by a punch by another person. I had seen three doctors and still no relief from pain.

In December 2106 I began to have chronic pain in both testicles. In 2017 I saw 2 urologists who said there was nothing wrong with me. I saw a neurologist, who ordered an MRI of my lumbar, which was normal. In 2018, I saw a pain management doctor who wanted to give me a pudendal nerve block. Prior to that, he ordered an MRI of the pelvis; inguinal hernia. I had surgery to repair, still no relief. In 2019 I had bilateral varicocelectomy and denervation of spermatic cord bilaterally. The pain is still there.

I feel testicular pain occasionally. Especially when my testosterone level increases. I see that whenever I masturbate my pain goes quickly. After 8 to 10 days after that I feel pain start from my left testis.

My left testicle has pain and swelling and there is a little swelling on my upper left leg next to it. It hurts and is sore to the touch, and hard to sit down at times. I don't know what has caused it but too scared to have it looked at; I'm afraid of what it might be.

I had a sore testicle after prolonged sexual arousal. A hot cup of tea next to my testicle did the trick.

I have had left testicle pain on and off for about 6 years. I went to urologists, neurologists, primary care and they could not find anything wrong. I am not a diabetic, have no hernia, cancer screening for testicular cancer was negative, no torsion, and no kidney stones. This started happening about a year after my vasectomy. One neurologist diagnosed it as chronic post vasectomy pain. In other words, nobody knows what it could be. Do I have to go through the rest of my life with this on and off pain! As I sit, the pain feels like I am squeezing my testicle. It seems like it occurs after a lot of physical work and lifting things. Perhaps it could be a back issue. Again, my doctor checked for a hernia and nothing was found.

I'm getting pain in one of the testicles, it starts when I stand for a longer time, and it continues. It is uncomfortable and I need a solution.
