I believe my food poisoning was from eating refrigerated meat pizza without heating it in the microwave. Either the pizza wasn’t stored correctly because the refrigerator wasn’t cold enough, or it wasn’t put in the freezer early enough. I had it at 12 am and then at about 7 am I ran to the toilet and had explosive diarrhea. Coming onto the 3rd day, I’ve now had diarrhea, vomiting, slight chills and shivers, hard pumping heartbeat, dizziness, tension headache and severe stomach cramping at times.

I feel I got stomach flu after eating sashimi. At 5 pm I ate sashimi. My fault is I didn’t ask for ginger. I usually ask for ginger when I eat sashimi, but yesterday I didn’t. I got this food poisoning symptom at 8 pm when I got my first stool. It wasn’t diarrhea. And then I slept and woke up at 1 am and got my first diarrhea. So I suspect the sashimi I ate that dinner. Second day I still got diarrhea, a bit of nausea and more chilly body. My immune system was down and I got itching in my stomach which is my allergic symptom.
