I sprained my knee by falling directly on it when I tripped. It hurt for days and took a while to heal. I still feel pain from time to time. I can't walk a lot or anything because I get pain in my knee.

I lifted a 300 lb. teakwood table at each corner to remove an 8X10 ft. wool rug, approximately 80 lb. As I lifted each corner I pushed the rug back enough to fold over each corner of the rug until it was free of the weight of the table. I pulled the rug out from under the table. It was very strenuous and took all my strength. I knew I would feel the consequences of my actions. I was very sore for a few days. I wore a brace that afforded me movement with reduced pain. A few days later I experienced extreme muscle spasms and increased pain. It has been 3 months. I weigh 116 lb. / Height 5"3". I"ve been to an internist, chiropractor, massage therapist, and physical therapist. I am still in pain.

My son plays tennis and after playing 1 to 2 hours, he feels so much pain in his both ankles but more on the left ankle. I do understand that he stands for long time.

I strained an ankle muscle when standing up from a chair. At times I can barely put any weight on the ankle.
