I have tried everything possible to help me sleep at night. I have followed all the listed ideas on what not to do and what to do. Sleeping pills make me delirious, have not tried OTC, but have tried natural, like melatonin. I also take 50 mg of trazodone every night. I sleep 1 hour and then I'm wide awake. I am an anxious person and let things bother me. I also have rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and take methotrexate once a week for my RA. I have also had counseling.
