My sinus headache is mostly after a night sleep, and only on the left side of my face. It hurts for about 15 minutes after I wake up. But when I walk around in the daytime it goes mostly away. I wonder how come it only affects the left side of my face!
I'm 5 months into recovery after a mass on my spinal cord. It did damage to my spinal cord. The lumbar laminectomy surgery left me with paralysis in my left leg. I can walk a little but, very unstable. My back also feels very tight and my leg feels like I have a rubber band around it. Sleeping is not easy. I'm very depressed. I would appreciate any words of advice.

It began with very painful throbbing on my right frontal side then I felt it lower on my right side. I noticed when I coughed, it worsened the pain.
