I have episodes of possibly seizure, that come on suddenly that I have previously thought of as just extreme fatigue, where I am unable to control the need to close my eyes and pass out, my eyes feel as if they are rolling back in my head and I really struggle to maintain consciousness. Thankfully I so far manage to control it so I don't lose consciousness for more than a moment at a time but the whole episode can last 20 minutes or so when I have to fight to remain awake; it then passes, wondering if it could be a fit or seizure.

I had a seizure episode of body tremors, shaking from head to toe, and other symptoms associated with transient ischemic attack as well. I was hospitalized two days, and had brain scans with dye but all tests turned negative. All signs lasted about 3 hours.
