I use Salonpas patches at night (10 or so placed from collar bone, down arm, elbow and wrist) for my rotator cuff disease. I go to a chiropractor to relieve pain from the neck issues. I use cold red laser treatments 2 or 3 times a day (flashlight type can be purchased from Amazon for USD 180). I take 30 mg CBD soft gels daily. Massage every month and more frequently if I can afford it. Short course of prednisone really helped.

When I was age of 16 years playing cricket, I was bowling in the evening and I felt pain in upper arm and shoulder. I consulted an orthopedist and he told me to rest and not to move right arm. After x-ray he told me to put a wire into the rotator cuff joint. But another orthopedic doctor gave me a pain relieving tablet and serropeptiase. The first doctor told me your shoulder will droop at adulthood and the 2nd disagrees. Now I am at 26 years but sometimes when walking my friends say it droops a little.
