I follow a grain free diet - when I slip I notice my psoriasis is more inflamed and itchy.

I have had psoriasis since age 14. Alcohol consumption always causes a flare up. Needless to say, my skin looked pretty bad in the college years!

Tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, fat, and copy paper ink; if I touch these it aggravates my psoriasis.


Psoriasis causes the top layer of skin cells to become inflamed and grow too quickly and flake off. See Answer
