There is a bump inside the heel of the foot because of plantar fasciitis. I wake up with stiff feet, when sitting, the soles of my feet suddenly hurt. If the sole of the foot is pressed with the finger, it hurts a lot.

I woke up in 2014 feeling like I had socks on both feet. I was told I had plantar fasciitis. I do stretches and pull toes toward ankle as well as massage feet before going to sleep. Wearing orthotics made the middle part of my feet hurt after wearing shoes with the inserts. Now I wear Skechers brand shoes which provides support to mid-feet while at the same time doesn’t make mid-portion of feet hurt after wearing the shoes.

I had incredible pain from plantar fasciitis off and on for nine years! It's finally gotten so bad I can't stand it. I got cortisone shots in both feet today and I go for another round in three weeks. I got night time braces, exercises and was told to roll frozen water bottles with my feet. Crossing my fingers something works.

I have had plantar fasciitis for almost six months now and I tried these cortisone injections and I am in worse pain then I was in the first place. I am currently trying some regimens from this site and some other sites. Wish me luck!
