I was packing for my daughter and myself because we were moving and I overexerted myself. I started feeling striking pain in my left leg from the crease of the thigh throughout the leg. Around 2 am every day, I would wake up with sharp pangs. Finally, after 3 weeks, I went to the doctor and got x-rays and other tests. This was a week ago and today, I was told by my doctor that I have a pinched nerve in my 1st and 3rd vertebrae. I will have an MRI soon and I think then, I will know what type of treatment I'll be given.

I had an MRI on December 10, 2014 that diagnosed a pinched nerve due to slip and fall that required surgery to my upper right femur and a nail was inserted in my hip also. This happened on February 4, 2013. I have had moderate to severe back pain now for 18 days off and on.

I have been diagnosed with a pinched nerve, and I had an MRI to confirm it. I have been told that I need an injection. I have had this condition for the last five weeks and the medical people tell me they can't give me an injection for another five weeks. There are only two doctors that give these injections and getting an appointment with them is long term.

I had an MRI scan to check for a pinched nerve, and it came back that everything was ok. But if I try to lie on my lower back I keep getting spasms all around my vagina and both legs.

I was diagnosed by MRI with pinched lower lumbar nerve. Hands are tingling, but numb, feet and legs numb, and I'm falling. Very scary, not sure if I can continue to work.

My Chiropractor first diagnosed the problem and then sent me for an MRI of the area to confirm it.

I had ACDF (anterior cervical discectomy and fusion) surgery a year ago, but now am experiencing severe pain in my mid/upper back, shoulder and numbness in the ring and pinky. Doctor said, there is no specific test for a pinched nerve. I am unable to exercise, my balance is affected and the pain is excruciating.
