My husband was put on cholesterol medication, statin, and within weeks he started to develop a severe curve to his penis. His primary care physician and his urologist claimed they never heard of Peyronie's disease happening due to a statin. On speaking to his brother who was put on the same drug a month before him, he found out his brother developed the disease as well. The urologist prescribed a cream from a compounding pharmacy to break up scar tissue. I can't tell you if it works, he isn't consistent.

Mine was caused by rough sex, my penis came out while she was on top and my penis hit her tailbone, causing a sharp pain. About two weeks later, I started to feel a hardening around my penis, this is from scar tissue inside the penis.

I was having sex about 7 years ago when I bent my penis, ouch! I thought I broke something, but I was just bruised. Now I've been diagnosed with Peyronie's.
