What was the treatment for your tobacco addiction? Submit Your Comment
My husband has been smoking since age 14. He came from a low socio-economic family so I never figured out how he afforded the smokes. At age 45 he quit for 10 years (he says). He relapsed at age 55. Now at age 60 he is trying to quit again. He is going to use vaping. He is starting with 12 mg of nicotine and will wean off over a year until he is using little or no nicotine. He is feeling good about this. He is an addict of many things so just quitting isn't an option. I think he would do well with mental health therapy to deal with why he needs addictions to get through a day.
