I had 3 squamous cell removed. My dad, brother, and niece have had melanomas removed. No other occurrence with them.

I had two tiny moles under my left breast. They were about the size of a pin head when I first noticed them. About three months ago I thought they were crumbs. Last night I finally scratched them off but today it is as if I have chest pains as it is where the moles were. If I lightly touch them it sends sharp pain through to my shoulders.
