My misophonia was diagnosed with just therapy and some research.

I live alone in a duplex. There is a family of 5 against the common wall. They have 2 small children run up and downstairs, as well as yelling, screaming and crying inside their house and outside. I also have a neighbor on the other side who has 5 dogs, so there is always at least one dog barking day and night. I am retired and sold my car, because I couldn't afford the insurance and upkeep. I feel so much anger because of my misophonia and grind my teeth so badly. I feel terrorized a lot of the time. I cannot use my deck.

I am driven mad by overhead noise of planes and distant road noise.
