Chocolate, cinnamon, tree nuts, alcohol (especially aged wine), cured meats, and certain kinds of cheese trigger my migraines; cheap artificial candy flavoring (think cheap brand-less jawbreakers from the pinata mix bags and the like).

I have allergies so when I have a consistent sneeze for about 3 to 5 minutes I get a throbbing pain in my head. When I menstruate I get a throbbing pain in my head. As long as I don't move I'm fine, I don't get migraine.
