I had five bypasses. I could not take statins, I tried 3 of them. I am only on 81 mg aspirin. I lost 30 lb. on a great diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, fish, flax seed, super krill fish oil, lecithin, and lots of exercise. My blood pressure is 120/80, LDL is 1.60 and HDL is .85. I feel great. My doctor said, go live a normal life and do anything you want to do.
