I had been ill for the last four years progressively losing motivation, brain fog, gaining fat, anxious and irritable, started snoring, and avoiding conflict. I’ve had insomnia as well as increased asthma, periodontitis and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I got tested by an endocrinologist because I had been suspected of having diabetes insipidus and they found nothing, but they did find my testosterone levels to be sub-200. When I google the effects of low testosterone I found it had a link between all of my illnesses and mental issues.

I have found natural treatments to be spectacularly ineffective. Even DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) was useless. I took those pills for a month or so and my testosterone (T) went from 99 to 104 on a scale where normal begins at 175 and runs as high as 700. At low dose it is useless and I read that at high dose it is dangerous. There is just too much nonsense in the supplement business. I am going back to the prescribed HRT (hormone replacement therapy) which in my case is injectable T but this time I'll keep the dosage low and adjust it as dictated by the side effects.
