My symptoms of low blood pressure were tachycardia, severe sweating and dizziness. My low blood pressure (80/35) is caused by autonomic neuropathy/dysautonomia. So I drink lots of fluids and have to wear compression garments.

My mom is a 64 year old woman, she has high blood pressure, but the last 5 days she was sick with flu and fever, and after flu and fever treatment her blood pressure became too low. Her physician is in India and she is in South Africa. Now I don’t know what to do for her treatment because she is very weak now.

My low blood pressure symptoms are nausea (sometimes vomiting), headache, strange pain (hard to describe) in the base of the skull and neck and shoulders - like someone already said, in a coat hanger pattern, and weakness all over. It takes me a long time to get back to normal. My pressure is about 97/78, with heart rate around 99.

My normal blood pressure is usually 115 over 68, however, the last three days I have severe dizziness, my balance is bad, and I have blurred vision. I woke up this morning and my blood pressure is 101 over 48, 103 over 52, and 101 over 52. I do not feel right at all and I am not sure whether to go to the emergency room. I have an appointment tomorrow but my symptoms have not improved in three days.

I have had low blood pressure (BP) for years, now my symptoms have escalated this last few months. I have severe pain throughout my body, and my eye sight is very bad. I cannot tolerate solid foods. I have watery stools every day, and cannot control my fluids. I sleep most of the day away. I have dizzy spells and faint often. My last BP was 70/50 which is pretty good for me! I don't feel too lively but that's life, you have to accept it! It could be worse!

When I have low blood pressure I am light headed, sun bothers my eyes, feels like my eyes are beyond wide open. I wear sunglasses, it takes a while for eyes to adjust.

I was admitted to a hospital for a fall and the first night I was there my blood pressure was 60 over 30. I'm having multiple problems and no one is sure what is wrong with me. Neurologist, neurosurgeons, heart, rheumatologist, you name it I've been to them. And I still have no diagnosis. I do have many symptoms other than low blood pressure. Hopefully someone finds out what's wrong with me before it's too late.

I'm a 68 year old male of average weight and always thought my low pulse rate was something to be proud of. But recently I had a routine minor operation and the nurse who checked my heart was concerned. She got a second opinion from a colleague as she found the 'dub' of the 'lub-dub' very faint and almost inaudible. After being wired up for an ECG all seemed in order. But I'm concerned because I've been on 10 mg per day escitalopram for 10 years! My doctor has tested me for bradycardia and says I'm fine. My pulse at rest is 45 bpm. My readings just taken at rest are 147/79 with 48 bpm. I'm no athlete.

I have had confusion, faintness, felt shaky, unable to hold things in my hands, have spilled and dropped things, taken frequent naps, had headaches, fuzzy eyesight, can't read, and also would feel cranky and angry. I stopped taking my blood pressure medication. The reading was 90/50 and 87/49; now it’s 107/60 and I am feeling better.
