My son who just turned six, has been battling various illnesses since entering school. He developed a cough that wouldn’t go away. His pediatrician gave him antibiotics for a croup like cough, but when it didn’t go away and became worse, we took him to the emergency room where they diagnosed him with whooping cough. It’s not fun. He refuses to eat (going on days now), barely drinks and his coughing fits are so bad he vomits. He also gave me (his mother) the illness. It’s so painful.
