I had an unsuccessful large kidney stone first attempt at removal, had a urethral stent which stuck to the stone and the urethra, and was constantly dribbling urine. I had the stone removed about 7 weeks later and a post-operative smaller stent. I noticed redness round my glans after the first unsuccessful surgery and was told not to worry about it. Now I have redness around the rim of the glans and peeling of skin from balanitis. I'm getting stone symptoms again. Wondering if the two could be related.

Darkening of the glans penis, swelling of the urethral orifice, feelings like burning, and discomfort are my symptoms of balanitis.
