I never have pain with a urinary tract infection. I do have leaks and frequency nearly all the time. When I have an infection, it is nearly impossible to stop an almost constant drip of urine and streams of urine spontaneously expressed if I cough, sneeze, laugh... When I have an infection, I will head to the toilet very frequently, and the urine sometimes just starts coming before I get there. I have a feeling my bladder does not empty completely. I can urinate and then cough a few moments later and still express urine.
