I keep getting ear infections but this time it has been so much worse. I get dizzy, nauseous, and throw up. My doctor gave me antibiotics but it seems to be getting worse. My doctor mentioned I may have a tumor in my ear. Wonder if anyone else has had the same problem.

I don't know what caused my inner ear infection but I had severe symptoms of vertigo, nausea and ringing in the ear. My doctor prescribed me Vertidom, Stemetil, Dompan and Bilovas tablets for 2 months and have got rid of the problem. For quicker relief I tried home therapy by heating a little crushed garlic in coconut oil and pouring a few drops of the oil in the ear and felt relief from all symptoms in 1 hour.

I still have not resolved my ear infection and not clear what happened. No sudden trauma or impact. I am 54 and it has become a journey. Allergies perhaps, or factory and jobs with loud background. The symptoms aren't constant and vary even during each day. Ringing ok, but stabbing, burning pain, dizziness, ear fullness, difficult and unclear thinking! It has been over 2 years and getting progressively worse. Fingers crossed with the latest antibiotics. Drinking water, with pinched nose and other ear, helped some.
