I have been having a discharge out my left ear with an inner ear infection and there is a growth at the entrance of my ear that is infected. I don't hear any more in my left ear. I went to the emergency room (ER) and they gave me a prescription for ofloxacin that didn't help. I really need help.

The symptoms of my inner wear infection are vertigo in taking small steps, mild headache, noises like water falling from stones, and lethargic body condition.

For me the inner ear infection started with severe headaches, fatigue and dizziness for a week. Then came sore throat, runny and stuffy nose, and pain in my right ear. I went to the doctor and have been given amoxicillin/clavulanic acid to take for 10 days. I am on day 4 of the antibiotics. I am taking OTC pain relievers twice a day too. I had some nausea pills on hand from some previous sickness and I am taking them too. I am still having all previously mentioned symptoms plus ringing in the right ear. When I stand, I feel like I might fall.

I'm not sure if it's ear infection but hopefully nothing serious. I have pain in my feet, sometime like electricity going through my legs, nausea, headaches, confusion, and fatigue. I also have muscle spasms or a twitch, and shortness of breath. All this happened within a week’s time.

My doctor prescribed me a Z-Pak for an inner ear infection. As I complete it I'm still having fullness and buzzing in my ear. While shopping I was launched into my first full-on vertigo attack. I couldn't stand, sit, look up or down, open my eyes, or do anything without vomiting. It was awful. Heading back to my doctor tomorrow for proper medicines.

I feel as if there is glue in my ear, if I pull it, I can hear it release. I don’t know if this is an inner ear infection or wax.

I still have my inner ear infection and it's not fun. It's been about 8 days now.

I woke up with burning throat and just not feeling well. I went to a walk-in clinic and they told me I had inner ear infection. I took azithromycin for 5 days and did not get better so taking Augmentin for 7 days. Ear ache and drain has gotten better but I still have hearing loss and still feel a little dizzy.

My inner ear infection started with a sore throat, and very minor dizziness. Two days later I found myself in the emergency room vomiting, and I literally could not stand without walking to the right.

I had dizziness that would come on suddenly and then go away, on and off for a month. Then it became constant. I had tightness in one ear, slight sore throat, slightly muffled sound out of the affected ear, nausea, dizziness, loss of appetite, headache, vision changes and foggy feeling before I was diagnosed with inner ear infection.

Firstly my head feels heavy. My throat on the right side is red, sore, swollen and looks like there is an abscess on the tonsil. I have loss of appetite and vertigo. My head is buzzing violently. Assuming now after 3 days it is throat infection. I had amoxicillin treatment and now stable. Hopefully better soon. I have had reoccurring ear infections for many years. It controls my life. I don’t make plans for fear of it flaring up.

I am feeling heavy on the side of my neck and it is paining. It feels like I have something inside my ear. Sometimes pus is coming from the ear. When I ride the bike I feel like the air in going inside my ear very fast. I think it is an inner ear infection.

My left ear has been aching for a while. My hearing is affected and ringing is present. I have used OTC medicine with no improvement. I recently moved to a lower altitude area. I think it is an inner ear infection.
