This is my second cortisone shot in 3 months for impingement syndrome. The pain returns within 8 days. I have difficulty with everything. I have taken ibuprofen but also take Plavix, and for repeated peripheral vascular disease in my legs I was suggested take tramadol. Sugar and blood pressure are elevated and I have diabetes.
