I have decreased episodes of IBS-D (irritable bowel syndrome - diarrhea) after beginning treatment with Viberzi. I still have episodes of nausea, fatigue, bloating and seldom, constipation. Overall it was a good improvement. I still have nausea, bloating and distention occasionally but it is not as crippling as IBS-D attacks.

Stress initially caused IBS-D ((irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea)) for me. It became a vicious cycle and I started with bloating, cramping and early morning diarrhea, leaving me washed out. After eating a main meal I suffered with cramping, bloating followed by gas all night. The side effects of IBS leave me with a sore anus through wiping and needing baby nappy cream. I will not let it rule my life - take wet wipes plus tissues and enjoy life. Don't allow the cycle to ruin your life. Peppermint and probiotics have helped.
