About 2 years ago I've had this IBS-D (irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea). I had severe stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, vomiting, exhaustion, and weakness. Sometimes no trigger, and then sometimes dairy, and even almond milk could trigger it.

After years of no symptoms, two months ago this dragon of IBS-D (irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea) reappeared in my life. It has been difficult to say the least. I had all types of stool test and all negative. I tried Zoloft and could not sleep. Every morning is multiple trips to the bathroom and at nights if I eat anything too heavy or just too much. I tried VSL3 and Metamucil, did not work, now I have just started Align and Citrucel which I hope has some impact. This is paralyzing.

Last few months I noticed that I felt stress and I can't control my temper; also some abdominal pain. My food habit was not too good. Then I tried to find out the problem and finally talked with a doctor. Then I realized that this was due to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Now I have taken a step to change my food habits. I am ok now.
