I found out I have hemophilia C before a scheduled surgery about 10 years ago. I bruise with ease, i.e., if I bump myself on steering wheel or chair I will have a bruise. No spontaneous bleeding, it is just a concern if having tooth extraction or surgery. No problems, just have to be aware to take precautions if having a surgery.

My aunt-in-law had hemophilia C. I remember she had bruises all over and bled a lot.

Over bleeding from the teeth is the first symptom. Hemophilia most of time attacks men. It is a genetic problem. Pain in the joints and head ache are some of the symptoms of hemophilia. In hemophilia injecting the plasma factor is the one of the treatment.
