I have been a diabetic for 53 years and approximately 4 months ago I voluntarily gave up eating breads, pasta, pancakes and all other high carb foods. During the last 4 months, my hemoglobin A1c has dropped from 7.8 to 7.0 and I currently have an average blood sugar of 116 over the last two weeks. This is not easy but it has had tremendous results for me.

My fasting blood sugar today is 165 and HbA1c (hemoglobin A1c) is 9.0. I'm using Silo-M 50/500 mg medicine. I'm losing my weight. I have to pass urine 8 to 9 times a day.
