I eat tiger nuts; they are not nuts, they are tubers. They are also gluten free, organic, nut free, allergen free, dairy free, high in prebiotic fiber, low in calories and fats, high in nutrition, not genetically modified, paleo perfect, kosher and they taste great, like coconut!

This is a very helpful post on healthy diet. In fact, in recent times I have been trying to follow these particular instructions on a daily basis. Following your article, I have gained so much benefit in the last 2 weeks. Although, sometimes it is hard to keep following all these.

I have been greatly helped by the Neverflab method. It is very easy to do, and removes my bad eating habits one by one, for good. You should do a story on it, as I don't think a lot of people know about it.
