I was diagnosed as having mononucleosis/Epstein-Barr virus and I struggled for the first 5 months with severe fatigue. I had muscle aches, swollen reactive lymph nodes, joint pain and inflammation. I sought out a specialist who worked with homeopathic medicine to support healing and it took 2 years to come back to 90 percent. I occasionally have flare ups as the immune system is constantly working. And it is linked to chronic fatigue, brain fog, can develop into other auto-immune disorders if you get sick again.

I have recently started flossing. I"ve been doing it once a week for the past month. I"ve noticed much less sensitivity in my teeth and gums. I plan to continue flossing at this rate for a while.
