My daughter seems to have an injury on top of the hip bone midway between the center of the back and the right hip. She is 11 years old. She has missed school weekly. She is smaller for her age and very active. For the past year we returned to the doctor to ask for tests and advice. Our doctor finally got us into a specialist. There were a few x-rays and MRIs that didn't show much. The specialist said that it is a growth plat injury and nothing could be done. She is still in major pain!

My 6 years old boy had a fall from a school van, developed pain around his elbow. As I wasn't with him at that time, the care taker was advised to ask him to take rest after giving him an oral pain killer. When I saw his elbow, it was mildly swollen and there was pain on moving the upper limb. I took him to the doctor.
