I had terrible burning in my feet, took RLR-ALA 300 mg twice daily for two months, and the burning was gone 5 years ago. I am starting to feel little twinges again, and another round of ALA (alpha-lipoic acid) needed. Our production of ALA diminishes as we age. For the person having tendons problems, ask your doctor about diabetic tendons. The problem I would like to have a better understanding about is, my toes swell up then the whole bottom secretes something that looks like wax in my wet sox in large volume. Wonder if it is dyslipidemia.
I got a piece of nail like tool in my feet and that has caused me to have a surgery cutting my big toe off and a portion of the bottom of my feet. It is not healing well, then my other foot got infected real bad; I can hardly walk now.

Creatine monohydrate can be found where supplements for weight lifters are sold. Don't ask me why it works, but it does, and I found out by accident. Don't take if you have kidney disease.
My feet and above area, over the ankle feel cool very soon and sometime hot sensation and very often I feel uneasiness in my legs.
For the last year I have a problem with my feet. They both feel like I have dried egg yolk on my feet (top/bottom), up to my ankles. They feel warm all of the time. get this problem in my foot that feels kind a worm or something moving on the nerve ends. It happens mostly at night. This will last for about two hours. It is not a pain but more like something messing with the nerves . I am taking meds to help control my sugar.
The tips of some of my toes are dark red.
