I had terrible burning in my feet, took RLR-ALA 300 mg twice daily for two months, and the burning was gone 5 years ago. I am starting to feel little twinges again, and another round of ALA (alpha-lipoic acid) needed. Our production of ALA diminishes as we age. For the person having tendons problems, ask your doctor about diabetic tendons. The problem I would like to have a better understanding about is, my toes swell up then the whole bottom secretes something that looks like wax in my wet sox in large volume. Wonder if it is dyslipidemia.

To alleviate foot pain from diabetes and diminish swelling take one rounded teaspoon of creatine monohydrate a day to produce ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Creatine monohydrate can be found where supplements for weight lifters are sold. Don't ask me why it works, but it does, and I found out by accident. Don't take if you have kidney disease.

For the last year I have a problem with my feet. They both feel like I have dried egg yolk on my feet (top/bottom), up to my ankles. They feel warm all of the time. I have asked 6 doctors about this problem. They have all checked pulses in my feet, and they say that my pulses are strong. They have no Idea as to what is causing this in my feet.

get this problem in my foot that feels kind a worm or something moving on the nerve ends. It happens mostly at night. This will last for about two hours. It is not a pain but more like something messing with the nerves . I am taking meds to help control my sugar.

I have pain in the bottom of my foot. It feels like some kind of tendon or something getting pulled. I will even notice it sometimes when bending over.
