Since spinal surgery in 2013 I drink magnesium citrate every other day. My inner rectum does not want to relax. I have tried everything over and behind the counter over the five years and nothing else works for bowel incontinence. I am still receiving inner rectum physical therapy.

I had a history of fecal involuntary expulsion. I started reading the ingredient on all labels. Finally I realized it was connected to protein bars. Then I boiled it down to carrageenan. I no longer have the problem. I just avoid foods with that substance. I also quit gluten and my sinus headaches subsided. Then I quit sugar and I no longer have achy muscles and fibromyalgia symptoms. I advise people to be investigative.

When I eat fudge, encopresis happens. I had bladder mesh done 3 years ago, I wonder if this could be what causes it, or maybe fudge is just too rich.
