I have been on Creon for my EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency) now for 2 years after 30 plus years of misdiagnosis. At last the Creon seems to be doing its job. I am having some of the expected side effects, the dizziness and fatigue being the most worrisome. When I first experienced the dizziness I thought it was perhaps due to my age but discovered, through some research, that this is common. I am fairly active but these issues are really slowing me down as I fear I might fall.

I have just been diagnosed with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) about a month ago. I am on Pertzye and diet with fats, carbs and proteins from specific foods. No supplements have been prescribed as of yet. I am still waiting on blood and 24 hour urine catch results.
