I have been diagnosed with dry eye and told to use over the counter eye drops. I have done this but it seems that my eyes tear even more with the use of the eye drops. It blurs my vision.

I have had dry eye syndrome for over a year and have tried several different eye drops, antibiotics, Systane and steroids, and gatifloxacin eye drops but without any success.
