Dietary modification while breastfeeding has been effective in avoiding my child's colic. No soy or dairy. I am also watching the stools for any other food allergies.

The treatment that was very effective for my child's colic is Babies' Magic Tea, I tried other medicines before that and they didn't work.

I am a baby / toddler reflexologist and in my experience of treating baby with reflexology for colic / baby reflux, constipation has been amazing. This gentle method of foot reflexology is taught to parents and caregivers to bond with and ease many first month baby issues. The calmness and bonding that these simple techniques create is wonderful. This is a definite tool that all parents should learn. You can view many different at home techniques on 'you tube'. It is also wonderful for toddlers on their hands or feet, it can help with calming a terrible two's toddler ! or to help with immune boosters, coughs, colds asthma, anxiety, separation stress. Enjoy it, you will love giving and your baby will love it...
