I went for my postpartum checkup and the doctor cleared me for chlamydia. I have had chlamydia in the past and got treated for it. Three weeks later I made an appointment because I had some slight discharge. Doctors took some samples and informed me that I have a bacterial infection. After a couple of days went by the doctor called me informing me that I was positive for chlamydia. I didn’t understand because I haven’t had any sexual contact with my partner or anyone else.

I had just had my son in July of this year. I went in for my postpartum checkup and I was positive for chlamydia, and my boyfriend and I had not had sex at all during the time I had our son to my checkup. My son had gotten diagnosed with thrush a couple days before my appointment and the nurse said I could have gotten it that way. I honestly don't know how I had gotten it but I've taken my medicines and hoping it goes away.

I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) and POD (polycystic ovarian disease). The problem is I don’t know the type of infection or if it is chlamydia. I have cramps at my lower back and abdomen.
