I have pain in my left upper chest with sharpness, and it extends to my left arm out and shoulder. It can be severe at times, testing has not shown any cause.

I have frequent chest pain and most of the time it is relieved with bed rest, in a couple of minutes or hour.

My chest pain was more like a burning. It was just below the collar bone from left to right. When I went to the doctor, they took me to the hospital because my blood pressure was high. They took a few EKGs, C scan, blood, etc. I stayed there overnight. They found nothing wrong with the tests. I was sent home. They said it could be stress, overwork, etc. Twenty one days have passed and yesterday I had to open my windows which are very hard to open. Last night I had the same burning pain under the collar bone, near the arm pit.

I have been having chest pain under my arm pit radiating to my left breast. It is painful to touch, I have light headedness, and heart seems to be pounding. It feels as though someone is squeezing, it hurts more when I breathe out.

I am experiencing needle-like chest pains right in the middle of my chest and also slightly to the left. The pain is also linked to the spine. I am experiencing back ache as well. It started two weeks ago. This has caused me great worry. I need help.

So i was just lying on my bed watching a film and when i stood up i had a sharp pain in the left area of my chest, i was practically sure it was where my heart is, and every time i trying to breathe it hurt, and i could only breathe small breaths at a time and it lasted at least 10 to 15 minutes. I still don't know what it is.
