I tested with high risk HPV six years ago. After that years 2, 3 and now year 6 I have tested 'negative'. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow current recommended nutrition guidelines such as greatly limiting added sugars (vegetables and fruits are best), and getting some super foods help too. Research foods and food supplements that are anti-viral. Turmeric (with black pepper), bee products and healing sugars from mushrooms (active hexose correlated compound - AHCC) helped me. These can be costly.
Six weeks after I gave birth my Pap smear came back abnormal. My doctor also tested me for HPV. I came back positive for HPV, high risk. I was also tested for HPV 16, 18, and 45, and that result came back negative. I wonder why I am considered high risk.
