I was diagnosed pneumonia a month ago and I still have runny nose and some coughing, but most concern is about persisting night sweats for the last 4 nights. I also have an ongoing mild headache in the frontal sinus area. I have diabetes 2 that is controlled best with exercise as well as diet. My glucose counts first thing in the morning is around 130, give or take 12 points. I know exercise can keep the count down, but fatigue feelings have kept motivation down.
