My hand was stamped on; split the bone downwards, not across. My job as a bricklayer puts my hands in all places and strains, and I tried splints and restraints, but now I can’t straighten my broken fingers. They all cross under each other and when I try to hold a fist I can’t, and it hurts. Holding weight in my hand hurts and I can’t sustain it before I lose feeling. I feel I need pins in my fingers to help the use of my hand, wondering if that is possible.

I broke my left pinky in two places hitting my husband upon his head, 5 weeks ago. It's still swollen and terribly painful. I work on a computer all day long. It aches so bad inside.

So I was about 9 to 10 years old when I went sledding. My brother and I were racing, I was pushing with my hands to go faster so I put my hand down for a push and my brother ran over my middle finger. It was like the bone just popped right off. I never told my parents and I never got it fixed but I did wrap tape around it for a while. Now it has always been bent in the center and sometimes gets stuck in the bent position. It hurts badly, I wonder if I can still get it fixed.

While on a two-wheeler ride on some stone gravel my vehicle veered left side. I lost control and fell on my left side and my left thumb upper joint and my left leg were fractured. Now the cast covers only the back part of my feet to the knee. I hope this bandage is right for healing.

I just recovered from a broken thumb. When you have a broken thumb, the middle part will usually stick out. Mine broke when my daughter pushed me while I did a front flip and I landed on my thumb. It was so painful. It got numb and started throbbing. I would immediately seek medical assistance.

I broke three knuckles on my right hand when I was 10 years old. Then when I was 14, I broke fingers on the same hand. Now I hurt my little finger while on vacation 3 days ago and wonder if it is broken.

I got my index finger caught between two shopping carts slamming together, a couple of months ago. I thought the pain and swelling in the joint between the intermediate and distal end of the index finger was just a sprain so I did not go to doctor. Now the joint is permanently swollen twice the size of my other index finger joint and I am unable to curl my finger closed all the way, and I notice I cannot lift weight with it.

I broke my middle finger when i was 5 years old. My mum never took me to a doctor only tapped it for a few weeks. I'm now 18 and the damage is still clear, the top of the finger is bent facing right and has a bump on the left side of the top. I rarely rarely have pain and if so it is very very slight and very bearable but I am scared that when I grow older I will get arthritis. I keep asking to go to a doctor but my parents say that they can't afford the treatment that maybe required to fix my finger and it they don't wont it to effect my schooling, if the surgery is intense.
