I fell on September 17, my black eye is gone but my eyes are still bloodshot and weepy. I had CAT scan the day after and all was ok. My doctor appointment is coming up on the 8th. Also very odd, only the bottom half of my right eye is bloodshot.

I choked on a piece of chicken, and next thing I remember waking up on my kitchen floor. The right side of my skull near me eye was where I landed and got a black eye. It is the second day, my eye is swollen shut and watery, but I am not in any pain. There is a dark purple and a big bump above the eye.

I hit my head on the kitchen marble, my eye-brow at the end got injured couple of days back. There was bleeding which I wiped out with cotton and then with hand sanitizer. Later we applied turmeric powder and after sometime povidone iodine powder. One day has passed, now there is swelling below my eye which is not the affected area and it has turned black.

My husband woke up with a distinct, bright purple marking in the corner under his left eye, near the nose. There is no pain or swelling. It's triangular in shape, right in the corner. I wonder if he could he have poked himself at night and got the black eye.

I fell out of bed and hit my eye in the corner on the pointy edge of my night stand. My eye is swollen and black, really sore and bloodshot, hurts if I move it sideways.

I woke up on Sunday with a black eye, I have no idea what could have caused it.

Without any warning all of a sudden a black eye appeared without any obvious reason. I"m wondering if extreme low humidity in the house could be a cause.
