My husband had an MRI, brain scan, blood work and behavioral study. He has also consulted with a neurologist. He is in denial that he has vascular dementia/ Binswanger's disease. He believes I am trying to make more out of it than it is. Dealing with the Veterans Affairs, he was told his diagnosis on 07/16/19, and we do not see his primary care physician until 09/12/19 for him to actually explain all the tests and results.

I'm wondering why my husband lost his mind so fast, he was given neuropsychological exams that led to a diagnosis of may be Binswanger"s or some kind of sub-acute vascular disease.
