I intentionally ingested arsenic in ant poison form around 1978 in a failed suicide attempt. Violent vomiting was the first symptom followed by cardiac arrest several hours later in hospital. I may or may not have other symptoms as the years have passed, but after 40 years it's nearly impossible to tell if they're from the arsenic or the many other substances I've been exposed to since. I do have nerve damage and have had heart problems, but I'm also a heavy smoker. I'll be 59 years old soon.

I too had an arsenic poisoning incident but with even more symptoms; burning in the lungs, hoarseness, flu like symptoms that would start to get better then return, light sensitivity and night blindness, short term memory problems, and ganglion cysts. Thirty one doctors could not diagnose until my gynecologist/naturopathic physician tested for heavy metals and high arsenic was detected. I researched for a year. I was in Florida and found many sources of arsenic in the environment. They also found a kidney cyst.

I have been ill for 12 months with night tremors, tinnitus, pins and needles in feet and hands, tingling, nausea, headache, high blood pressure initially, burning and itchy skin and insomnia. Seven months ago I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency, now I have kidney pain and pungent smelling urine. Ultrasound scan showed kidney cyst. Urine tested elevated levels of arsenic and selenium. Thank goodness I found a diligent holistic doctor who listened to my symptoms and not passed me off as a mental case.

I had a knee replaced about two months ago. After surgery I developed an odor coming from my body. I am concerned that it is poisoning from the knee.

I am probably not going to make the night. I am almost positive I’ve been poisoned. I have also blamed my father. My brother died at 33 and my ex was in on it. Also there’s a double, I had an issue with someone and they said ‘I’m going to kill you.’ I watched my ex who I made edibles for go through all the symptoms of arsenic poison. If you suspect it report it. My dad did this.
