Spring and fall hay fever have always been my main problems, and also a few drug reactions. Staying in air conditioned homes and stopping the medication promptly when noticed have been my best solutions.

I have grown up in hot climate, actually semi-desert, now I am working in a relatively cool place. I have developed an allergy to cold water baths which was my favorite previously.

It has helped me a lot to have an air purifier in my house, it really made a great improvement in my health. I tried several and through time I gained experience. The important thing is to establish what kind of allergy you have, if it is to pollen, you should look for a purifier that traps those kinds of particles in particular. It can help also if you can get an air purifier humidifier.
